I saw on TV, A famous wine taster went to a cheap restaurant. There the wine quality was poor, so he took a metal knife looking thing and put it in the wine. It made the wine taste better.
The metal is supposed to have the same effect as making the wine instantly much older.
The wine taster was making a point that even cheap wine could taste like a quality wine. I finally found a shop that sells such things. The price is around 150 euro.

And are they any that are walking distance so when we get there we can go to a few different ones without driving? If not then we may only go to one but we want it to have a lot of wine options.

so i’ve read the basics of this type of wine. Its sweet, mixed with brandy, made from late season grapes…
What i would like to know is how it tastes. Me and my wife just started drinking wine. We like the white Zinfandel and merlot, my wife LOVES Moscato We tried Pinot Grigio
last night it was a lil to tasteless. My main concern is…Does it have that stronalcoholol flavor? You know the kind that makes your face pucker and exhale deeply? I’m looking for a romantic fireplace wine.

This is how the ad describes the taste: "White Zinfandel offers lush aromas and bright fruit flavors of fresh summer berries. On the palate, lovely raspberry and strawberry notes mingle with touches of honeysuckle and sweet spice." Now that just sounds sublime, however, when I try to appreciate wine, it just tastes like sour grapes to me. How do you drink it to get this effect?
